About the CEO

Shana is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, certified Learning Circle 360 Assessment Profile practitioner, certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioner, and certified Project Management Professional, with over 23 years of proven facilitation, leadership coaching, management consulting, and organizational change management experience. Shana holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Political Science from Duke University and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies Leadership Coaching Program.

Shana provides executive coaching, 360 leadership assessments, training, strategic planning and implementation support to individuals and teams across public, private, and non-profit organizations, both domestic and international.

Shana’s coaching philosophy is simple: work with leaders to create awareness, modify behaviors, identify barriers, facilitate positive change, and achieve desired outcomes. Shana’s training from Georgetown University’s distinguished Leadership Coaching Program provided the foundational knowledge required to meet leaders where they are in their professional journey and uncover pathways to change. Shana leverages her long-standing commitment to inclusion to partner with leaders as they navigate organizational change, embrace diversity, create an inclusive culture, and implement sustainable practices vital to a thriving and successful workplace.
